Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join us in building and scaling our AI platform. The ideal candidate takes ownership of entire product verticals, from technical conception through to deployment, moves comfortably between frontend and backend, and turns business needs into robust, scalable and maintainable solutions.

0 to 3 years of experience, junior to mid. If you do not have professional experience yet, we care about what you have built (university projects, personal projects, hackathons, open source) and how you talk about it; if you do, we assess the experience itself.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend: build the Angular 20 + Tailwind interfaces that operators and enterprise clients use every day: the procedure renderer, the authoring tools, the management and analytics views.
Backend and APIs: design robust Flask APIs and asynchronous Celery tasks for video processing, working on the multi-tenant PostgreSQL architecture with isolation and scalability for every client.
AI integration: bring the outputs of the agentic pipeline and the agentic chat into the product, turning them into concrete features for the end user.
Cloud and delivery: take part in the end-to-end delivery cycle on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker) and in the CI/CD pipelines, with attention to performance, reliability and privacy.
Ownership: your ideas become features and run on the factory floor a few days after deploy. You will work alongside the founding team, with constant pairing and code review.

Required Skills

0 to 3 years of experience. For candidates without professional experience we consider university, personal, hackathon or open source projects.
Frontend: solid grounding in TypeScript and a component-based framework (Angular preferred, with Tailwind; React or Vue are fine).
Backend: Python and Flask (or an equivalent framework), REST API design.
Database: PostgreSQL (plus: SQLAlchemy).
DevOps: working knowledge of CI/CD; AWS and Docker are a plus.
Command of Git and collaborative workflows.
Comfort with AI coding tools (Claude Code or similar).
Nice to have: experience with asynchronous queues (Celery), multi-tenant architectures or AI/LLM integrations.

What We Offer

Contract: Full-time (permanent employment or P.IVA)

Compensation: Gross annual salary from €26,000 to €36,000 depending on experience + stock options
