Who We Are

Procedo builds the Vision Intelligence infrastructure that turns factory processes into structured data, dynamic procedures and analytics. We are a research-born startup accelerated by Bocconi for Innovation, already live in Italian and international plants.

Who We Are Looking For

Someone to work side by side with the founders on the decisions that move Procedo: customers, go-to-market, operations, product priorities and fundraising. An operational internship with real responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Run projects end to end across strategy, sales and operations, from analysis to execution.
Prepare pitch decks, investor material, commercial proposals, market analyses and pricing work.
Join customer meetings, often in the plants, and turn what you hear into product and commercial actions.
Work with the technical team on product management.
Build internal processes and AI automations that make the team faster.

What We Offer

Paid 6-month internship: full-time, hybrid, in Milan (B4i, Centro Leoni). Start: 16 November 2026.
Responsibility and autonomy from day one, in close contact with the founders, with constant feedback.
Direct experience of building a technology startup and of the manufacturing world, with visits to our customers' plants.
Daily use of the latest AI tools in your own work.

Required Skills

Bachelor's or MSc student, or recent graduate, in management, economics, finance or innovation and entrepreneurship.
Strong command of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable) and comfort with numbers.
Familiarity with strategic frameworks and customer research.
Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
No prior AI experience required, strong curiosity is.

Clear communication with senior stakeholders.
